If customers are having trouble signing in to the website
Firstly they should reset their password via the Reset Password link on the Sign In screen
A new password will be sent to them via email
Once a new password is requested, their old password will no longer work
In order to change the temporary password to something more memorable, follow these steps
- Sign in to 'My Account' (using the new generated password above) and go to 'My Account'
- Click 'Account Password' link
- Enter in the current (new generated) password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password by typing it again
- Click 'Continue'
Then in future they can use the new more memorable password
