Customers having trouble with their password?

If customers are having trouble signing in to the website

Firstly they should reset their password via the Reset Password link on the Sign In screen

A new password will be sent to them via email

Once a new password is requested, their old password will no longer work

 In order to change the temporary password to something more memorable, follow these steps

  1. Sign in to 'My Account' (using the new generated password above) and go to 'My Account'
  2. Click 'Account Password' link
  3. Enter in the current (new generated) password
  4. Enter new password
  5. Confirm new password by typing it again
  6. Click 'Continue'


Then in future they can use the new more memorable password
