How to change Customer settings

1. Settings

Navigate to the Settings tab on the relevant Customer record

 

2. VIP Status

VIP Status of the Customer, use the drop down menu to change status

Yes - Customer is a VIP and will receive VIP discounts
No - Customer is not a VIP and will not receive VIP Discounts

 

3. Newsletter

Displays if Customer is subscribed to newsletter

Subscribed - Will receive emails sent to your list using Nextwave Mailer
Unsubscribed - Will NOT receive emails sent list  using Nextwave Mailer

NOTE: Due to commercial email legislation this can be changed only by the Customer.

 

4. Trigger Emails

Displays if Customer is subscribed to receive automated personalised Trigger Emails

Subscribed - Will receive Trigger Emails depending on their activity in your Storefront
Unsubscribed - Will NOT receive Trigger Emails depending on their activity in your Storefront

 

5. Free Delivery

Displays if Customer is to receive free delivery for their Orders

No - Customer does NOT receive free delivery on all Orders, as such they will pay standard delivery costs
Yes - Customer receives free delivery on all Orders

 

6. Customer Group

Retail - default Customer group, retail pricing 
Wholesale - Wholesale pricing (if wholesale module is enabled)

 

 7. Referral Source

The referral source selected by the Customer during account creation
