Navigate to the Abandoned Order tab
2. Total Abandoned Orders
Total number of Abandoned Orders placed by customers on your Storefront
3. Abandoned Order Value
The total value of all Abandoned Orders on your Storefront
4. Recovery Rate
The % of Orders that are received as a result of the automated Recover Cart email series
5. Abandoned Order Number
Click to see the Abandoned Order details
6. Order Status
The current status of the Order, in the case of Orders on this page - the status will always be "Abandoned"
7. Auto Recovery
All Abandoned Orders are set to cancelled, to signify the \Recover Cart series has been sent with no action from the customer.
There is currently no facility to restart this campaign, as we felt it would be an intrusion, and negatively affect the Merchants brand.
8. Email Followups
The three circular icons represent the 3 emails in the Recover Cart series. Dark grey icons represent a sent email. Abandoned Orders are a result of 3 emails with no action by the Customer.
9. View Abandoned Order
Click this link to view the Abandoned Order details
10. Delete Abandoned Order
Click this link to delete the Abandoned Order. A dialog window will open asking you to confirm. There is no undo.
