Retrieving a Lost Password

If you're having trouble signing in or have forgotten your password, look for the "Forgot Password" link on your admin screen

1. Forgot Password?

Click this link to reset your password
 You will be directed to the screen below to reset your password.

1. Email Address

Enter your email address

 

2. Reset Password

Click the "Reset Password" button

Check your email, a temporary password will be sent to the email specified.

1. Sign In

Click to Sign in to your Admin Account

Once signed in to your Admin account with your temporary password we suggest you change it to something more memorable

1. Manage Account

Click the "Person" icon to open the Account submenu, select "Manage Account"

1. Confirm Password

Enter your temporary password again to edit your Admin Account, and click the "Confirm Password" button

1. Password

Enter your new password

 

2. Confirm password

Retype your new password

 

3. Save

Click the "Save" button, to save your new password

Your Admin Account is now updated, you can now use continue to use the Admin and login using your new password next time.

Troubleshooting
ERROR: An account with that email address was not found.

This means you did not sign up for Nextwave Commerce with the email address you are trying to log in with or you changed your email after you signed up. If you can't remember please submit a support request above or call us on 1300 859 805.
